Duplicate accounts, accounts opened to circumvent a prior suspension or self-exclusion, or accounts shared between multiple individuals are prohibited. 5ph2 may close any additional accounts discovered and withhold balances pending investigation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity conducted through your 5ph2 account using your username and password will be deemed to have been made by you. You must notify 5ph2 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
5ph2 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account for additional security. This feature is available under Account Settings after login.
Important: 5ph2 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or SMS. Any communication requesting your password is fraudulent and should be reported to 5ph2 support immediately.
You may not transfer, sell, or assign your 5ph2 account or any balances within it to any other person. Account ownership is non-transferable.
5ph2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven over-the-counter payments, USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency, and Coins.ph. Payment method availability may vary. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
Deposits made via GCash and Maya are credited to your 5ph2 wallet within thirty (30) seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution. 5ph2 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.
Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are processed within fifteen (15) minutes for accounts that have completed KYC verification. Bank withdrawal requests may take one (1) to three (3) business days. 5ph2 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding PHP 50,000.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as the 5ph2 account. Third-party withdrawal requests will be declined. 5ph2 may impose withdrawal limits based on account tier, verification status, and bonus activity. Winnings derived from bonus funds remain subject to applicable wagering requirements before becoming withdrawable.
5ph2 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP-exclusive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, and expiry periods.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are stated clearly on each promotion page.
5ph2 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, in its reasonable judgment, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers without genuine gaming intent.
Promotions are intended for personal use only and may not be shared, sold, or transferred. 5ph2 may modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

Technical malfunctions of any kind void all pays and plays. If a game round is interrupted due to a system error, disconnection, or other technical failure, 5ph2 will endeavour to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where this is not possible, the wager will be refunded to the player's wallet.
For live dealer games, the dealer's actions and rulings are final subject to the studio's supervisory review process. Disputes regarding live game outcomes must be submitted to 5ph2 support within forty-eight (48) hours of the game session in question.

5ph2 aims to maintain platform availability on a 24/7 basis. However, 5ph2 does not guarantee uninterrupted access and is not liable for any loss resulting from platform downtime, including scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or events beyond 5ph2's reasonable control (including natural disasters, acts of government, or telecommunications failures).
Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Emergency maintenance may be performed without prior notice where necessary to maintain platform security or integrity.
5ph2 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or in-app notification at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, where practicable. Continued use of the 5ph2 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may close your 5ph2 account at any time by contacting support via Live Chat or email. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal processing times and KYC requirements.
5ph2 may close or suspend an account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe a breach of these Terms has occurred, or where required to do so by law or regulatory directive. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine law and the regulations of PAGCOR, to the extent applicable.
In the event of a dispute between you and 5ph2, you should first contact our support team via Live Chat or email to attempt resolution informally. 5ph2 aims to resolve all player disputes within ten (10) business days of formal notification.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to an independent arbitration process. Details of the applicable arbitration procedure will be provided on request. Players may also have the right to refer certain complaints to PAGCOR or applicable consumer protection authorities.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable Philippine consumer protection or gaming legislation.
